Receptionist

This position requires excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors by directing them to the appropriate department, such as sales, parts, service, or finance.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and forward calls to the correct individuals or departments.
• Maintain and organize filing systems for long-term record-keeping.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as copying and data entry, to support daily operations.
• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as needed.
• Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and well-organized at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure effective communication and task completion.
