Job Requirements
Languages: EnglishEducation: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of related experience
Job Duties- Plan menus and estimate ingredient requirements
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by chef
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
