Amazon & Operations Manager
We are partnering with a fast‑growing, founder‑led eCommerce company in the consumer products space that has scaled from a self‑funded startup to a multi‑million‑dollar valuation in a short period of time. The business operates globally, manufactures overseas, and sells primarily through Amazon.
The founder is now seeking a Senior Operations Manager to step into a critical, high‑impact role — someone who can learn the business deeply, build trust across the supply chain, and ultimately take ownership of day‑to‑day operations as the company enters its next phase of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing- Take ownership of end‑to‑end operations for a growing eCommerce business
- Act as a central point of coordination between:
○ Overseas manufacturing partners
○ Logistics and fulfillment
○ Customer service workflows
○ Marketing and technical resources- Manage and strengthen relationships with international vendors, with a focus on:
○ Quality control
○ Reliability and timelines
○ Risk mitigation and supplier diversification- Identify operational gaps and build processes where none currently exist
- Partner closely with the founder to understand the vision, then execute independently
- Gradually assume responsibility so the founder can step back from daily execution
- Support future team growth as additional hires are added over the next 12–18 months
