Description:

Paying $32–$36 per hour.

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

Requirements:

Job Scope:

• Operating screed controls on paving machines to ensure correct depth, width, and grade of asphalt
• Adjusting material flow and making necessary corrections during paving operations
• Coordinating with the paver operator and ground crew to maintain a consistent and smooth mat
• Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are met on all jobsites

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Asphalt Screed Operator
• Solid understanding of asphalt paving techniques and grade control
• Experience operating highway-class pavers and screed attachments
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
