Job Description
Ghost Armor Guelph is Hiring !We are looking for a team member with midweek daytime availability to join our company. You are a reliable, fun, honest person with an attention to detail, comfort with talking to all kinds of people and excel at multitasking.You have an outgoing personality, and would find it fun to install the best screen protection on the market. You are also comfortable working alone and able to stand for the duration of your scheduled shifts- up to 8 hours with minimal time spent sitting down.
We are a kiosk in the middle of the mall, but we never solicit customers. They love our product so much that they come to us! You must be available for midweekday shifts, btwn 10-5pm, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed.
We have a base hourly wage, plus a commission and spiff program. Team members who are engaged and work hard do well here. Our retention rate is high company wide as we have a lot of fun as a team in Canada.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to provide prompt, accurate responses to customers’ questions (in a timely manner)
- Ability to perform job duties at different times due to store opening hours and customers’ needs
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required
- Retail Sales associate position requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent) required; previous work experience as a retail sales representative or other customer service role (or similar role) is preferred. We will train the right candidate!
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
