• Job type: Temporary | Part-time
• Duration: Until Dec 2025 (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger entries to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST, PST, and other government remittances as required.
• Support payroll processing, including timesheet verification and employee expense reporting.
• Generate and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and manage outstanding accounts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
