Our client is a very established Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional General Contractor dedicated to new build and renovation construction projects throughout the Greater Toronto region ranging from $10M - $100M in value.

Job Description

Developing on site plans and procedures for ICI building projects
Maintain a high level of health and safety on the job site
Coordinating and monitoring the activities of sub-trades, supplies and labor materials
Creating and updating progress schedules
Preparing regular job reports for job meetings
Making sure the job is completed on time and under/on budget
Communicating with all stakeholders involved

The Successful Applicant

10-15 years progressive construction experience mainly with ICI construction management firms in the GTA
Experience in New Build ICI construction projects valued over $100M
Post-secondary diploma in a construction related discipline
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Knowledge of different construction methods, sequencing, potential problems, and timelines
Knowledge of relevant construction law and building code
