Your role and responsibilities
As part of the Motion Canada Operation team, you will be reporting to the Manager, Service Project Management and lead the execution of Drive and Motor Service projects. You will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the customer orders.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to ABB processes for project execution.
- Take full ownership of customer-related issues and drive them to completion.
- Develop service project execution plans and lead the planning and implementation.
- Coordinate project team efforts, including engineering, testing, site work activities, and sub-contractors.
- Monitor orders to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
- Analyze project risks and record lessons learned.
- Work closely with ABB Account Managers to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare quotes and implement contract changes based on customer requests.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree with 3-5 years of experience in project execution, or relevant experience.
- Project Management PMP Designation preferred, or willingness to work towards it.
- Knowledge and/or experience with drives/motor products and ability to conduct technical discussions an asset.
