Application Administrator
THE ROLE:
Robert Half is recruiting for an experienced Application Administrator with a strong background in Freshworks, SaaS, and third-party integration products. As the successful candidate you will work for our Calgary Client to enhance their service delivery team.This key role within the IT department involves acting as a business analyst, technical expert, and proactive communicator. You will be accountable for identifying and resolving issues, devising and detailing solutions, and executing these solutions efficiently while ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and actively engaged.
ABOUT YOU:
With over five years of experience in technical and customer support roles, as well as application administration, you have honed your expertise in Freshworks, SaaS, and third-party integration products. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills have consistently enabled you to address complex issues effectively.You excel in both independent and team settings, bringing proven experience in project management and implementation to the table. Excellent written and oral communication skills allow you to collaborate seamlessly with all levels of an organization.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented, you pride yourself on organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
