Workplace Supervisor
This is a 12-month contract position. Lead the day to day operations of workplace teams, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve workplace operational objectives, utilizing industry best practices to meet business goalsManage vendor relationships, including onboarding, work orders, contract oversight, and performance tracking to ensure compliance with Tesla's operational standardsEnsure seamless execution of workplace requests, dispatching tasks to team members and maintaining high standards of serviceImplement and uphold Tesla's safety protocols in alignment with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelinesPlan and coordinate workplace projects, including budget management, stakeholder coordination, and procurementSuggest and coordinate new/ongoing events by creating action lists, event schedules, allocating team support, managing budgets, communications, and event executionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to review projects, programs, and budgets, and provide support to meet deliverables and drive business outcomes Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Workplace Operations, Facilities Management, Construction, or Interior Design/Space Planning, or equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM/CAD software is preferred but not mandatoryStrong creative and proactive approach to event planning, workplace design, and improvement projectsAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting demandsExceptional problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completionStrong customer-centric mindset, ensuring high-quality workplace experiences for employees and stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments
