Administrative Support - Petawawa

Adecco is currently looking for an Administrative Support to work full-time hours for our client located in Petawawa, Ontario. The opportunity requires some administrative and receptionist abilities. • Pay rate: 21-23$/hour
• Location: Petawawa, ON
• Contract Length: 1 Month (Possibility of extension)
• Hours : 8:00am – 17:00 (5:00pm)
• Job type: Temporary (possibility of extension / permanence)

Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks
• Sort and distribute mail for tenants
• File and scan documents
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Answer phone calls and generic inquiries
• Direct guests to the appropriate waiting areas
• Assist with other duties as assigned

The Administrative Support must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Background education in administration, support or a related field;
• Proficiency with the full MS suite (outlook, word)
• Strong working proficiency with MS excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must be fluent in English and French Bilingual
