Project Manager - High-rise Forming - GTAThe organisation is a major construction group with several specialised arms including a Shoring and Forming Arm. They operate across Canada and specialise in major High value Residential and Commercial new build projects, often for some of Canada's biggest Developers.

Job Description

• The project manager will be responsible for managing the Forming stages of one or more major High-rise residential or commercial builds within the GTA
• Monitor project performance, schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety and environment and quality controls
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with the project teams, trade contractors, architects, consultants and clients.
• Project planning and execution
• Manage project meetings.
• Mentor, coach, supervise and assess performance of direct reports and team members.
• Assist in securing new work by participating in estimates, working with sub-contractors and participate in proposals and presentation.
• Any other reasonable responsibilities required during the duration of the project(s)

The Successful Applicant

• 4+ years Construction Project Management experience
• 2+ years Concrete Forming experience
• High-rise construction experience
• People management experience (trades, Junior Project Managers, Project Co-ordinators etc)
• Experience working for a specialist Forming company would be preferable

What's on Offer

A basic salary of up to $155,000 (depending upon experience)
