Job Description
  • Manage and coordinate project tasks and deliverables in line with the project plan.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure quality control of all project outputs.
  • Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhere to budgetary requirements and financial guidelines.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a productive and cooperative project environment.

A successful Senior Project Coordinator / APM should have:

  • A solid understanding of construction management principles.
  • Experience overseeing data centre construction projects.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
