Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Clinical Project Manager for a leading company in Ottawa, ON.

In this role, you will assist in managing project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with industry regulations to drive successful project completion.

If you have at least 1 year of clinical project management experience, a background in medical devices or pharmaceutical industries or a related field, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating tasks and confirming completion of activities.
  • Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and contingency plans.
  • Support cross-functional teams by gathering input and clarifying project objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of project challenges and propose solutions.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Serve as a key contact for third-party vendors when necessary.
  • Lead and support team members to ensure project success.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to reside and work within Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience with leadership exposure.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the drug/device development process is a plus.
