Job Description
  • Overseeing all stages of project life cycles from initial planning to completion.
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, specifically ground up new build retail structures and car dealerships.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
