Sr. Customer Service Representative

We are in search of a Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in Welland, Ontario. This role involves handling customer communications, managing customer accounts, and carrying out administrative tasks. This is a long-term contract opportunity that provides a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage customer queries through phone, email, and fax
• Execute order entry and adjust schedules as necessary
• Oversee and maintain forecast and schedules for long lead time
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks
• Conduct consignment inventory reconciliation and invoicing
• Follow up on orders with various departments such as production, shipping, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Excel for data management and share information with relevant parties promptly
• Administer claim processes and perform billing functions
• Leverage JD Edward for various tasks, including answering inbound calls.
