We are in search of a Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in Welland, Ontario. This role involves handling customer communications, managing customer accounts, and carrying out administrative tasks. This is a long-term contract opportunity that provides a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage customer queries through phone, email, and fax
- Execute order entry and adjust schedules as necessary
- Oversee and maintain forecast and schedules for long lead time
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks
- Conduct consignment inventory reconciliation and invoicing
- Follow up on orders with various departments such as production, shipping, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Excel for data management and share information with relevant parties promptly
- Administer claim processes and perform billing functions
- Leverage JD Edward for various tasks, including answering inbound calls.
