We are offering an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on D365 F& O to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on the analysis of business issues and opportunities, designing architecture in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, and providing training and support to team members.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business issues and opportunities to determine solution requirements and related benefits
- Design and implement architecture in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
- Create or modify forms, SSRS reports, tables, and Data Management Framework Entities for integration with external systems
- Develop in-house tools to automate the release workflow, including builds for unit testing and releases
- Provide analytical expertise to address issues and meet business needs
- Offer on-the-job training for team members, both new and existing
- Create supporting documentation on methodologies and best practices for technical aspects of implementations
- Provide off-hour support on a rotational basis to ensure continuous service
- Interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to drive the development of new products or features.
