Restaurant Manager

Momo Sushi Mission Kelowna Ltd. o/a Momo Sushi Mission in Kelowna, BC is looking for a qualified Restaurant Manager.

Conditions:

Full-time, Permanent

Requirements:

• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including experience in a supervisory role, is required.
• Serving-it-right certificate is required.
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Manage and evaluate the daily activities and operations of the restaurant
• Implement operational procedures and policies
• Train and motivate staff to ensure efficient service and high customer satisfaction
• Assist in recruiting and scheduling and oversee staff performance
• Track and manage inventory of food, beverages and supplies
• Implement company polices and operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets
• Monitor customer feedback and address customer issues professionally
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
