Warehouse Associate

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with warehouse systems, a strong focus on accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay rate: $23/hour.
• Location: Milton, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday
• Days 6:00am-2:30pm
• Afternoons 2:30pm-10:30pm
• Job type: Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming products using the Data Warehouse System.
• Stage goods for replenishment and restock designated locations.
• Process outgoing shipments using the Pack Verification and scan code systems.
• Generate shipping documents, daily reports, and manifests.
• Pick, verify, and pack parts accurately to fulfill customer orders.
• Ensure items are stored correctly to prevent damage and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process truck bills and courier shipments promptly.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor or lead.
• Follow all Standard Work Instructions and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required.
• Must have Reach Truck experience and certificate
• Proven experience in warehouse operations (receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. or more and standing for extended periods.
• Basic math, reading, and documentation skills.
