Nisbet Lodge, a non-profit, faith-based long-term care home in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated Health Educator for a permanent full-time position. The role offers an hourly wage of $40.40 for 40 hours per week.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Long term care center
Tasks:
- Produce reports;
- Design and implement health and wellness projects or programs;
- Interpret trends and developments on health issues;
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of health projects and programs;
- Develop policies, standards and guidelines;
- Produce articles to provide health information to association or organization members;
- Monitor and compile research results;
- Produce educational materials;
- Conduct training sessions;
- Provide staff training;
- Conduct infection control audit.
