Software Solutions Architect - .Net

Overview:

CTG is seeking a Software Architect with .Net experience to work on a contract that could be a contract to hire for our client in Canada.

Location: Quebec, Brossard, Montreal or Ottawa from time to time

This work supports government departments, so appropriate work authorization is required.

• Design and evolve the organic architecture of the company's current ecosystem
• Define slicing plans, component plans, and programming rules
• Develop and implement DevOps continuous improvement and delivery strategies
• Automate development pipeline processes and deliver regular production updates;
• Participate in strategic development planning and implementation plan
• Determine the direction and evolution of software systems
• Collaborate on external software analysis (Integration with the entire ecosystem)
• Ensure the development and delivery of solutions according to the MVP and budgets
• Ensure the quality of code components and reviews
• Support the development team
• Define goals and organize the tasks of the development team
• Collaborate with agile project teams

• Hold an undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent
• Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in software development
• Have advanced skills as an organic architect
• Have collaborated on at least one large-scale project
• Enjoy solving complex problems
• Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity
• Have a desire to innovate and surprise
• Be proficient in both spoken and written French
• Working knowledge of the English language

• Be an expert in software/organic architecture concepts, C4 modeling, UML
• Possess experience and a strong interest in Azure Devops forging
• Have a thorough understanding of Microsoft .NET development tools
• Good knowledge and interest in MS Power Platforms, Synapse
• Very good knowledge of various languages such as C#, VB.net, ASP.net, Python, Ruby
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL

• Recent Microsoft Certification
