Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to assess the efficacy of operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and problem-solving at all levels.
- Conduct operational reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Provide training and coaching to operational teams to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Engage with senior leadership to communicate progress on operational initiatives and impacts on business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with significant experience in operational excellence roles.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency in complex organizations.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and engage others.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
