Responsibilities
Tasks- Co-ordinate administrative services
- Draft contracts, prepare promissory notes and draw up wills, mortgages and other legal documents
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems
- Collect and record administrative and service fees
- Draft legal correspondence
- Review and analyze data such as past sales, title searches, engineering and alignment maps and soil maps
Credentials
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses- In-house training from a law firm or law clerk program
Experience and specialization
