Intermediate Healthcare Project Manager to onboard the new EMR vendor

- o Project Management experience implementing digital health transformation projects o Home and Community Care o Implementing and working with health care clients on large
- scale healthcare digital transformations o Implementing an electronic health record software or health platform solution Nice To Have: o Deployment of IT solutions to several locations and stakeholder communities (preferable but not mandatory) o Deployment readiness planning, tracking and reporting Projects:
- Business case including estimates for project funding and approval by client's Board and stakeholders
- Initial project plan with key milestones
- Onboarding of software vendor
- Onboarding of a group of individual professional services contractors
- Establishment of project governance
- Initiation of working groups by discipline (program and services) to begin fleshing identifying and prioritizing future state process development and business requirements
- Awareness communications to stakeholders
- Discussions and requirements gathering to support initial configuration of billing requirements to align with client’s ERP (SAP) The Project Manager of the Digital Health Transformation Project will report to the Executive Project Manager and is responsible for, but not limited to: o Updating and maintain an integrated project Plan o Risks and Issues Management o Managing Project Decisions o Project Monitoring and Status reporting o Deployment Planning o Financial updates Apply
