We are seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Consultant to join our clients team on a contract basis. This role requires a hybrid skill set that combines technical development, system configuration, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epicor P21 and a solid understanding of ERP systems in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the Epicor P21 platform, gather and translate business requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.
This contract opportunity will work remote and is open to candidates Canada-wide, with an initial term of 4-months with potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications within the Epicor P21 environment.
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements, customizations, and reports using P21 tools and related technologies (SQL, .NET, Crystal Reports, etc.).
- Configure and maintain P21 modules to align with business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within the ERP system.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to P21 applications and integrations.
- Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials as needed.
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or modules.
- Participate in project planning, scoping, and execution for ERP-related initiatives.
