Automotive Painter / Refinish Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled automotive refinishing technician. The ideal candidate will have experience with applying primers, sealers, single stage and base/clear products. You will be spraying commercial vehicles such as highway tractors.
Responsibilities- Prepping, Masking and Cleaning Panels
- Apply the correct products/paint for the repair
- Reproduce a factory like finish in regard to texture, dirt nibs and color match
- Maintain correct mil build for longevity of finished product
- Prior experience (2+ years) as a painter / refinish technician whether automotive or commercial
- Ability to read and follow TDS sheets to maintain warranty
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive/commercial systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Interprovincial Red Seal is considered a major benefit
Pay: $18.44-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 120 per week

Experience:
