Job Description- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Execute OCM plans and ensure successful delivery of deliverables
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives
- Design and deliver learning programs that align with project objectives
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to drive learning
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness

The Successful Applicant- 7+ years in OCM, Corporate Communications, or Learning & Development in a Global Organization
- Extensive background in developing and executing communication strategies at a senior level
- Ability to evaluate risks, consider alternatives, and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- ERP Experience with JDE, Dynamics, Salesforce or Oracle
- Bonus: Fluent in French, Change Management Certification, PMP, Manufacturing working experience
- 1 year contract with opportunity for hire
