• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for ICI projects
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes
• Maintain a safe and organized job site in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met
• Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to the project manager
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in ICI construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proven ability to manage site operations and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
• Proficient in project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
