The Role
We're looking for mission-driven Senior Software Engineers with deep expertise in backend technologies, APIs, and system architecture. Proficiency in building scalable and robust server-side systems is key, and experience in frontend technologies is also valued, as we are a fast-moving startup.You will be owning and leading product initiatives from start to finish, ensuring value delivery to our users while mentoring other engineers on the project. Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust backend systems with a primary focus on APIs and server-side technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to scope and plan engineering efforts and dependencies
- Own ambiguous projects at every stage of their lifecycle to deliver high-quality, impactful products to users.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and promote a culture of innovation and excellence
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency and productivity

We’re looking for a T-Shaped Senior Software Engineer with a focus on backend development and deep expertise in APIs and server-side technologies. You’ll be a great match if you have:
- 5+ years of experience as a senior software engineer
- Ownership mindset for your projects end-to-end, striving for the best outcome
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Web technologies, APIs, and databases
- Proficiency in working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and infrastructure as code (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
