We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our clients team in Surrey, British Columbia on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist all visitors and customers, creating a positive and detail-oriented first impression.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Answer and handle inbound calls daily, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments such as Sales, Parts, Service, or Finance.
  • Organize and maintain accurate filing systems, including handling mail and courier packages.
  • Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and ordering office supplies as required.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects.
