Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Vancouver, British Columbia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors and guests in a friendly and detail-oriented manner.
- Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings, including event setup, catering arrangements, and cleanup.
- Ensure the reception area, boardrooms, and meeting spaces are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
- Oversee kitchen supplies, coffee and tea organization, and equipment maintenance, including dishwashers and coffee machines.
- Provide backup administrative support to the procurement team as required.
- Handle multi-line phone systems and route calls or messages appropriately.
- Manage email correspondence and maintain organized filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives and staff as needed.
