We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Project Manager in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Trade Show Associate Project Manager based in Toronto, supports the Sr. Manager Global Trade show and Events, Sr. Trade Show PM and Trade Show PM with strategic in-person and virtual event planning and execution.
This role specifically works closely with the Global business teams, with the opportunity to work with the rest of the organization. The Ass. Trade Show Project Manager leverages their skills in project management and event execution, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and a passion for excellence to create and execute on company’s Brand Presence, product innovation and sell in.

The Ass. Trade Show Project Manager is essential to providing support and assistance on internal showrooms and offsite trade shows, supporting & executing the entire process of designing, establishing, and coordinating the events.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to identify scope of work, item priorities, approvals and budget, timelines, and deadlines
- Work with the team to source new vendors or negotiate vendor contracts. Arrange shipments and CI’s for product and feature displays
- Supports Sr. Manager of Global Trade Show and Events, and the Sr. Trade Show PM on specific events
- Responsible for the planning and execution of shows and events
- Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of Trade Show logistics/Graphic Management/schedules/scope of work
