This role is responsible for: Local LTL delivery within Vancouver (160km Radius around the city) Service from Hope to Whistler Flexibility to work various shifts Offloading to customers required Circle check of tractor trailer and pre/post-trip report Complete POD’s and driver run sheets Deliver loads to customers in a timely manner Capably operate a variety of equipment- Single Axle, Tandem Axle, 5 ton trucks What you need to be successful in the role: Class 1 Manual license only -- Automatic licensed drivers need not to apply Clean drivers abstract Criminal record check must be submitted if hired Able to lift 50 lbs Adherent to company policies regarding health and safety, drug and alcohol Minimum 2 years validated experience working in a class 1 environment How To Apply: If you are looking to join an industry-leading transportation company, the role of Shunt Truck Operator may be right for you.
