Keller Executive Search is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and managing key projects within our organization, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining scope, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and cost control.
- Foster relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to provide tailored solutions.
- Lead project meetings and conduct presentations to document progress and solicit feedback.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in recruitment or executive search.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Willingness to adapt and work collaboratively within a diverse team.
