What You'll Do- Field Operations & Inspections: Conduct detailed move-in and move-out inspections, routine property checks, and follow-ups to ensure our homes are in top condition.
- Basic Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Handle minor maintenance tasks and be the first line of defense for service requests, identifying issues and determining the next steps.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Meet with and follow up on the work of contractors and tradespeople to ensure jobs are completed to our standards.
- Problem Investigation: Investigate and report on unique or complex field situations, providing clear information for the office team to act on.
- Team Support & Training: Assist in training and mentoring new Field Agents on basic inspection procedures and company standards.
- System & Process Adherence: Use our company software to receive dispatches, log activities, and communicate updates from the field.
