- Be a team player and work towards building a Wingstop family
- Complete all AM set-up or PM closing checklists and procedures.
- Handle all orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner and provide a top-quality product to all guests.
- Knowledgeable about the menu and being able to suggest and/or upsell to guests.
- Quickly scan and comprehend order tickets, bills and receipts.
- Accurately count the number of bone-in wings, boneless wings and strips needed for each order. Cook and prepare them following correct procedures. Ability to properly prepare and portion our product to the highest standard.
- Accurately coordinate cooking time of menu items with the corresponding timer.
- Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times.
- Filter and freshen deep fryers daily following all company safety procedures and with proper safety equipment.
- Sauce, season, and package all orders according to Wingstop standards.
- Ensure food is handled safely and procedures are always followed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product and procedural changes.
- Open/close the restaurant as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
