Director of Human Resources (HR)
My Downtown client within the Financial Services sector is seeking a Director of Human Resources. As the Strategic Director of HR you will oversee three locations, Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. Some of the key responsibilities will include reviewing and developing HR strategies including workforce planning, talent acquisition and retentions, partner with the senior leadership team, develop and implement training and development and career mapping, performance reviews, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, DEI, change management.
The role is for a tenured and experienced HR professional, someone who has executed some of the responsibilities with an organization before. The ideal candidate will be someone who is confident and competent in the area of change management and can make recommendations, provide insights into best practices for the organization.
This is a hybrid role with a combination of in office and some work from home options, with the expectation of travel on occasion.
