We are seeking a talented Senior Tools Engineer with a focus on animation to design, develop, and maintain high-quality tools that enhance our animation pipelines and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect new tools based on developer needs and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and other engineers for feature development and improvement.
• Embed within content teams to work closely with Product Owners, understanding and fulfilling workflow needs.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the content creation process.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers when necessary, setting an example through best practices.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong skills in C++ and C#.
• Experience developing Qt and/or WPF applications.
• Extensive experience with animation, cinematic, and movement tooling.
• Strong 3D math skills and proficiency in working with large datasets and databases.
• Experience with game client/server architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• UI/UX design skills for developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers effectively.
