• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
• Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
• Evaluate and recommend cost-saving measures and alternative construction methods.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to maintain competitiveness in bidding processes.
• Participate in bid reviews, negotiations, and client presentations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating for a general contractor.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, On-Screen Takeoff).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
