What's the opportunity?- Hybrid role one day a week *
As Operations Agent you will be a member of the Third Party Demands Team. You will be responsible for Third Party investigations or escalations at first point of contact for all RBC products. You will effectively analyze files and take ownership and accountability to resolve requests, applying judgment in making decisions.
What will you do?- Deliver excellent service to our clients and service partners, making it Simpler, Faster, Better.
- Consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency in daily activities and a strong understanding of client impact.
- Keep up to date on all communications including changes to RBC policy and procedures.
- Maintain processes as outlined in policies and procedures.
- Accountable for quality and accuracy of day to day job responsibilities, ensuring a balanced focus on client experience, efficiency, effectiveness and operational risk and compliance.
What you need to succeed
Must Have- Solid knowledge and experience in diverse RBC products, processes and services, for completing client inquiries
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly motivated and with a strong growth mindsetnecessary
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate between multiple systems
- Must be proactive, innovative and have a developed sense of urgency
- Must be agile, flexible and have a desire for continuous growth
- Experience with CART, Application Launch Pad, On Demand, OLBB, OLMS,,
- Flexible to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00PM, and overtime when
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
