About Our Client

Our client is a respected general contractor specializing in commercial, healthcare, and institutional construction. Due to their growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and direct all operational aspects, ensuring the success of projects under their leadership.

• Lead and oversee ICI construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery that meets project specifications.
• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate clear communication among all project participants, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and clients.
• Identify potential risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Design-Build, Project Management, or General Contracting in the ICI sector.
• Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes in the ICI sector, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Proven time management abilities to ensure project milestones are met.
