Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Project Manager for a leading company in Ottawa, ON.
In this role, you will assist in managing project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with industry regulations to drive successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating tasks and confirming completion of activities.
- Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and contingency plans.
- Support cross-functional teams by gathering input and clarifying project objectives.
- Analyze data to identify root causes of project challenges and propose solutions.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Serve as a key contact for third-party vendors when necessary.
- Lead and support team members to ensure project success.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to reside and work within Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience with leadership exposure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the drug/device development process is a plus.
