• Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial records
• Oversee administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
• Perform regular reconciliations of various accounts
• Manage payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate payment
• Maintain clean and organized financial records for corporations
• Involve in budget processes and financial analysis
• Utilize QuickBooks and Procore for various accounting tasks
• Leverage knowledge in construction accounting and commercial construction projects
• Apply skills in property management accounting.
