Learn more about working at Ledcor - watch here Responsibilities: Demonstrates knowledge and skills of functional operation of various piping system components by measuring, cutting, threading, rigging, bolting up and fittings Performs spool fabrication, spool installation into trenches and hydro testing Handling HDPE and working alongside Fusers Assembles and installs according to blueprints and job specifications Working safely in a team environment such as working with a small crew of pipefitters, fusers and crane operator Performs physically demanding tasks such as cutting openings for pipe while standing for extended periods of time and working in confined spaces Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines, following Ledcor’s high standards for safety and quality Qualifications / Requirements: Journeyperson Pipefitter ticket from a recognized provincial training authority Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing Valid government photo ID (drivers license, passport etc.) Client online orientations must be completed Work Conditions: Position commencing in June 2025 Work schedule: 4 days on, and 3 days off plus statutory holidays off, 10 hours per day Extended health benefits provided by CLAC This is a local position-candidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton area.
