Human Resources Business Partner

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our organization’s people strategy. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
You will focus on talent management, employee relations, performance development, and workforce planning to enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Our client is a trailblazer in the North American market, recognized for driving innovation in a fast-paced, creative sector.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, including coaching, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Support the enhancement of HR systems by analyzing workforce data, with experience in ADP WorkForce Now considered an asset.
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and optimizing processes.
- Identify trends and recurring HR challenges, offering proactive, compliant, and practical solutions.
- Contribute to key HR areas such as compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, and policy development.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and values.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of Ontario employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (ADP WorkForce Now is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- HRPA membership is an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred but not required.
- An innate ability to build strong relationships, paired with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Capable of balancing day-to-day operational tasks with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
