Benefits are provided through CLAC such as health, dental, vision plans, life and disability coverages, comprehensive retirement plans, family support benefits, mental health, and wellness resources, and more Essential Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layouts Perform SMAW (Stick Welding) on structural steel Assist in preparing and assembling columns, beams, and parts Operate welding equipment to fabricate and customize components Conduct general welding preparation tasks, such as grinding, buffing, and weld setup Work efficiently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment Qualifications: Certified Journeyperson or Registered Apprentice with industrial experience Valid CWB SMAW All Positions Certificate Physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs regularly) Ability to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation (due to project location) Additional certifications are an asset: ESC Fall Protection ESC Elevated Work Platform Basic Rigging Additional Information Ledcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.
