Qualifications and Skills Knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in current and related software applications.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand French.
Ability to maintain information on a confidential basis.
Ability to cope under stressful situations.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Neat and tidy appearance.

Position Overview Under the general supervision of the Manager, Human Resources and Occupational Health & Safety, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St.
Boniface Hospital, the Receptionist/Clerk is responsible for: performing receptionist and clerical duties including: acting as a receptionist in the Human Resources main office; maintaining the personnel records filing system; processing incoming mail; assisting the Workers' Compensation Clerk as required; maintaining the employee locker system; picking up and distributing computer-processed reports; processing Leave of Absence forms; ordering supplies and maintaining inventory; and performing other related duties as assigned.
Experience Six (6) months previous clerical experience.Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Grade XII or recognized equivalent.
