Adecco is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Multifamily Warranty Technician to join a leading residential construction client in Calgary, Alberta. In this full-time role, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring quality assurance on homes post-possession—delivering outstanding service to both homeowners and tenants.

  • Pay Rate: $70k-$85k/year.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site operations to ensure all post-possession and warranty work is completed to high standards.
  • Address warranty concerns in accordance with New Home Warranties Construction Performance Guidelines across all of our clients properties.
  • Attend homeowner walkthroughs at 1-month and 11-month warranty stages to inspect, clarify and complete necessary repairs.
  • Manage and monitor sub-trade work during scheduled warranty periods.
  • Conduct and resolve minor repairs from Possession Day inspection checklists.
  • Perform quarterly maintenance on showhomes to ensure display readiness.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to maintain superior homeowner and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Intermediate to senior-level hands-on experience in multifamily residential construction and maintenance.
  • Excellent knowledge of New Home Warranty Construction Guidelines and OH&S standards.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills for working with homeowners and internal teams.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Computer literacy, especially with Excel, Site Docs, and digital scheduling tools.
  • A valid provincial driver’s license.
