Junior Systems Analyst

Robert Half is looking to add a Junior Systems Analyst to our clients project team.

• Help train users to work on systems and programs, provide problem resolution and support for apps and systems.
• Work with internal and external parties to identify, translate, and document all business requirements, processes and proposed solutions.
• Suggest improvements for IT systems, processes associated with software technology planning, development, implementation, security and interfaces.
• Drive continuous improvement for all system interfaces; continuous training and research to drive modernization and risk mitigation.
• Examine and test systems to identify code problems, software errors, work with programmers to correct.
• Automate process by examining procedures, problems and business and user requirements.
• Plan and develop new systems and improve existing, execute feasibility studies, and review computer systems capabilities, work flow, and schedule limitations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leverage end-to-end knowledge to identify people, process, and technology gaps pertaining to system communications. Effectively assess gaps and communicate with all parties to resolve.
