What is the opportunity?

As a Team Practice & Efficiency Consultant you will guide and coach competitively hired advisor teams to deliver a seamless transition and customized experience. you will be responsible for creating and delivering the Process Optimization offering to Investment Advisor teams.

You will be the ‘go-to’ person that supports the teams by conducting regular check-ins, providing timely solutions, and ensuring the team is set up for future success. You will help teams implement consistent and repeatable client processes by customizing best practices and utilizing the available Applications to create efficiencies.

The senior facilitator supports both our competitive hire and process optimization teams.

What will you do?
  • Develop an understanding of Investment Advisors (IA) business and technology objectives
  • Analyze IA team objectives, assess potential options and present insightful recommendations
  • Engage in Application training and coaching for IA teams and provide check-ins to ensure recommendations are understood and accomplished with a high degree of success
  • Provide superior client experience and build positive relationships with IA teams and Branches
  • Identify and build awareness of best practices through weekly conference calls, email updates, monthly coaching calls and quarterly conferences
  • Develop skills through training courses, self-learning, and daily interaction with IA teams
  • Facilitate training and connect Competitive Hire teams with Subject Matter Experts
  • Continuously improve & streamline processes, reports, content, programs, and templates within the Senior Application Consultant team
  • Conduct both virtual and in-person sessions

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have
  • Experience working with Investment Advisors/ Advisor teams.
  • Expert understanding of Wealth Management Canada business and culture
  • Experience with Wealth Management Canada applications
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
  • High level of time management and organization skills
Nice to have
  • Canadian Securities Course and/or Wealth Management Essentials
  • Previous Coaching experience
  • Previous Leadership experience
